Nutrition ConsulTAtion

After making an appointment you will receive my detailed pre-consultation form and food diary to fill in prior to your first consultation. 

 

I will then arrange an initial assessment during which we will go through your pre consultation form in more detail and find out more about your unique situation including medical history, general lifestyle questions and your current diet.  

 

I will provide relevant nutrition education and we make an action plan and set some  achievable goals . I will then email you your personalised nutrition programme within 5 working days, this will include feedback from our session, dietary modifications, meal plan, and a supplementation programme if necessary.

Weight Loss Programme

An 8-week weight loss programme to help you achieve long term healthy weight loss. 

Using scientific research, this programme aims to reset and re -educate to optimise weight loss results.  You will work closely alongside me you to move away from fad diets and restriction to nourish the body while achieving your weight loss goals. The programme includes:

  • Personalised nutrition advice

  • Four Bi-Weekly consulations

  • Meal plans and recipes
