Hi, I’m Kate — a certified MNU nutritionist with over 10 years of experience and a degree in Nutrition & Psychology from Leeds Trinity University.

My journey into nutrition began when I saw how powerfully food can impact both physical and mental wellbeing. Since then, I’ve been passionate about helping others use nutrition not just to manage their health, but to truly thrive.

I specialise in women’s health, weight management, digestive health, and overall wellbeing. Whether you’re a busy parent in Marbella, navigating expat life, or looking for support with a specific condition such as PCOS, I’ll work with you to create a plan that feels practical, sustainable, and tailored to your lifestyle.

My approach is simple: evidence-based advice, compassionate support, and a focus on real food and small habits that make a meaningful difference. Nutrition shouldn’t feel restrictive — it should feel nourishing, empowering, and enjoyable.

Having recently moved to Marbella myself, I understand the challenges of adapting to a new lifestyle — and the opportunities. Fresh Mediterranean food, sunshine, and balance are at the heart of my approach to nutrition here on the Costa del Sol.
