I hold a degree in Nutrition & Psychology from Leeds Trinity University and am certified MNU nutritionist. 

My journey into nutrition began when I realised the profound impact that food has on our physical and mental well-being. I focus on creating sustainable habits that empower my clients to take charge of their health. By providing evidence-based nutrition advice and compassionate support, I help clients navigate their unique dietary needs, whether they are looking to lose weight, manage a health condition, or simply feel better in their daily lives.
